To the left is the American style kitchen fully equipped with bar, stools and all the necessary utensils to make your stay a totally satisfactory experience.

Following the hallway close to the kitchen we find the night area, formed by two double bedrooms that, thanks to their location, allow for a pleasant and enjoyable rest. The master bedroom has a king-size bed of 180x200cm, a two-metre wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lights, as well as a complete en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower.

The second bedroom offers two 105x190cm single beds with bedside tables, reading lights and wardrobe of the latest design.
Returning to the main hallway we find a second full bathroom equipped with shower. The entire property has central heating, air conditioning in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.

The location is exceptional, as its proximity to the main tourist attractions, as well as to the commercial and leisure area of the city, and nearby public car parks, make this flat the perfect place for your visit to Granada.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
