We have provided rubbish bags inside the property for your use and waste should be disposed of by going round the back of the property where the bins are located.

Vacating the property:
Please return the keys to the key safe box, remembering to scramble the numbers.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE KEYS IN THE PROPERTY
*Please note that keys left inside the property will incur a capture of part or all of your damage deposit*

The cleaning team will need to gain access after your departure and if the keys have been posted they will be required to wait for a spare to be delivered, which may take some time. This may impact the next guest's arrival.
We ask that you please vacate the property by 10am as the cleaner will arrive shortly after to ready the property for the next guests.

Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £20 per hour and will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible, including disposing of all perishables in the outside bin.

Safety and security:
This property is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Please DO NOT light candles or any other items that may cause a fire.

When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.

In the event of a fire, guests should make their way down to the pavement at the front of the property.

In the event guests cannot make their way to the front door please keep the doors closed and call for help.
