This splendid property offers endless treasures. The beautiful three-storey villa comprises of 9 bedrooms (5 matrimonial bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom & three single bedrooms) There are 6 bathrooms 4 of which are ensuite bathrooms and an additional 2 independent bathrooms - all hosting showers and baths.

The occupancy total is for x18 guests.
The internal space hosts A Billiards room, A Fireplace, Heating, High quality furnishings Free Wi-Fi, Quality Linen & towels, Satellite TV and a Washing / drying facilities.
The internal Elevator provides access to all levels. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and pantry. Indoor Dining Room with a High chair for children available.

The External space comprise of a wonderful swimming pool with sunbathing area complete with furniture. Barbecue facilities, Multiple Terraces and seating areas, along with a large Outdoor dining area.

Historically the villa remained the property of The Countess Bonacossa, until 1968 when it was sold to the Milesi family who kept the property until 1998. The current owners restored and improved the villa and gardens, the intervention to remodel the gardens which have a total extension of 18,000 square meters was a huge endeavour.
Approx. 13,500 square meters faces south extending in steps gently sloping down the hill.
Approx. 4,500 square meters rests on the east this is the steepest side of the hill and descends towards Lake Maggiore.

The front of the villa which is elegantly enclosed by pillars frames the Al fresco dining terrace. A warm and inviting welcomed position for weddings, celebrations and informal parties.

## Access
The entrance to the property opens onto a picturesque courtyard bordered by classical boxed evergreen hedging, surrounded by uniquely special hand-crafted stone statues.
On arrival the magnificent 100-year-old ornamental Pin Oak and the Chilean palm tree introduce the wealth of the unique coppice of trees amidst the extensive estate.
The 150 year-old subtropical Tea-oil Camellia becomes a wealth of beautiful white flowers, vivid during the month of December.
The free-standing Chestnut tree is the last remnant of the historic “Chestnut coppice” of the territory.
