Welcome to our cosy and stylish one-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after a day exploring the city.

The spacious living room invites you to unwind, with a plush sofa and a smart TV ready for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner.
Ideal for both short and extended stays, this flat combines all the essentials with a warm, welcoming atmosphere making it a fantastic base for your London stay.

The flat is well-suited for exploring both locally and beyond. Grocery shopping is convenient with Sainsbury’s and TESCO just a 5-minute walk away, and for even more selection, there’s a large M&S Food Market by Waterloo Station, a 10-minute stroll.

When it comes to dining, you’re spoiled for choice! For a cosy pub atmosphere, The Pineapple or The Hercules Bar are nearby favorites, while The Steam Engine serves up fantastic burgers. Or, wander to Lower Marsh, a bustling local high street just 5 minutes away, brimming with eateries, shops, and hidden gems.

Getting around is a breeze. Lambeth North Station connects you quickly to the rest of the city, and there’s a bus stop just 50 meters away at Patt Walk (Bus No. 3 & No. 344), making it easy to explore all London has to offer.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
