Two smaller bedrooms are located on the opposite side, close to a second bathroom with a shower. The home accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, and a cozy alcove in the living room is especially popular with children and teenagers. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, offers a perfect setting for family relaxation, while the wood stove adds to the inviting atmosphere. Guests also have access to a partially covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or lounging. Pets are welcome. The location of the holiday home is perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the region. The property is just 500 to 800 meters from the coast, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. It is situated in a quiet area, but within close proximity to a sports field where children can play football, tennis, and basketball. The resort also offers a sports hall, which guests can use for free to enjoy badminton and various ball sports. For convenience, a supermarket is located next to the service office. Inside, the home features an open-plan kitchen with modern amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
