Perfectly located among pedestrian streets with local dining and boutique shopping options, you'll enjoy the tranquility of minimal car traffic alongside the area's lively energy.

Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, heated parquet floors, and ample natural light. The master bedroom boasts a spacious double bed and unique sliding wooden doors that open into the living room, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a convenient work desk below. Unwind in the inviting living room with a dining table, sofa, and TV, or step out onto one of the small balconies to soak in the city atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the private interior patio provides extra storage space. Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €200 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet


Standard Check-in is from 15:00h to 20:00h. However, we can accommodate late arrivals as well.Please note that there are extra charges for late arrivals:

Between 20:00-00:00 the fee is €25 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
After 00:00 the fee is €50 to be paid in cash or by card upon arrival.
