Good location but some features left a lot to be desired

A comfortably sized apartment with some nice furnishings and a great TV but the kitchen was very poorly equipped - not a single saucepan, utensil or oven tray - so 'self-catering' was not really an option. There was only one wine glass too (we bought and donated a couple of flutes). No tea-towel, hand-towel or bath mat was provided and half a flimsy toilet roll was inadequate for a long weekend stay. 100% polyester bedding spoilt an otherwise comfortable bed. The location was very convenient but the common parts were shabby and unwelcoming, so all in all I can't really recommend the property as we wouldn't choose to stay there again.
