The impressive house is in a quiet, rural area which is 20 km from the coast. The most distinguishing detail of the finca is the private, 13.5m x 7m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.85m. It has wonderful views over the countryside. It's surrounded by a terrace where you can bask in the sun (10 sun loungers are available) or have an exterior shower. If you prefer shade, you can lay down under the parasol. The furnished porch overlooks the pool and the countryside and is a nice place for having a barbecue or a large breakfast. The 30000 m2 sized plot is fenced and there are no next door neighbours. Warm and noble furnished rooms welcome you in this house. There's modern equipment like a TV with satellite channels in English, German and Spanish as well as WIFI. The traditional living-dining room surprised by a natural stone-lined wall and modern sofa. A second dining area leads to the kitchen with equipment like vitro hob, dishwasher, kitchenware and oven. A laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available. There's one bedroom with double bed an closet as well as a shower bath on the ground floor.
