There are two porches, one at the main entrance and the other by the pool, two terraces and a balcony with views of the town and the forest. There is also a mobile barbecue, a parasol and 8 sun loungers to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax by the pool. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours. Inside, the house has a spacious living room with a Smart TV and satellite channels, connected to an open dining room and a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. The 5 bedrooms are distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, we find a bedroom with two twin beds, while on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, with two twin beds too. The closest beach is Port Adriano, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Palma Nova or Santa Ponsa, which are about 10 minutes away by car.
