As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The studio is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and wireless internet access.

This studio sleeps 2, in a king size bed.

There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Features:

Located a short walk from Clapton pond and Clapton train station allowing access in to central London within minutes. Hackney central station is a mere 10 minutes walk where local bars and restaurants are to be seen.

What I like about Springfield Park (London E5) is the variety of experiences in and around the area. From the top of the park, you get fantastic views of Walthamstow Marshes, Springfield Marina, and the River Lea.

You can walk, run, or cycle for miles along the river in either direction, stopping off at one of the many riverside pubs. If you prefer relaxing in the park, there are a couple of cafés nearby—one inside the park and another next to the rowing club.

Cross the bridge by the rowing club, and you’ll find a lovely picnic area.

For those interested in nature, there’s a reserve just across the river from the park. A short walk in one direction takes you towards Hackney Marshes and another small nature reserve, where you might spot herons along the Old River Lea.

In the opposite direction, you’ll reach Tottenham Marshes. Hackney Marshes boasts the largest collection of football pitches in Europe—possibly even the world! On weekends, you can catch men and women playing football, and kite flying competitions are also held here. In the summer, there’s even a campsite.

Princess of Wales Pub

This large one-bar pub is divided into multiple areas, featuring a mix of seating options, including a cozy settee in front of a stove. Outside, you’ll find seating alongside the River Lea and the Lea Valley Walk, making it a lovely spot to relax. The pub is conveniently located near the Lea Valley Ice Centre. Now part of the Geronimo division of Young’s, this pub has adopted a more upmarket vibe. The beer range varies but usually includes something from Young's. Interestingly, this was the one Young's pub in the East End that did not revert to Whitbread.
