Beautiful family townhouse just a three minute walk from the stunning beaches and port of Cabopino, Marbella. This home is a three storey townhouse with five bedrooms and can accommodate up to nine guests.

As you enter the property there is an open plan living/dining room with plenty of seating - there's even an open fireplace for those cooler days of winter. The patio doors lead you to the relaxing garden area. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with another door to the outside area.

Upstairs consists of two double en-suite bedrooms.. The primary has patio doors leading to a relaxing terrace with sun loungers and a small seating area.

Downstairs has three bedrooms - one double, one single and one with two single beds. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. On this level there is also a large family bathroom with bath and over shower. There is a washing machine on this level.

Outside there is a wrap-round garden with seating and sunbed area for you to relax.. There is also an outside dining table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends in the warmth of the Marbella sunshine.

THE URBANISATION

There is a beautiful shared large swimming pool for you to cool off after a day of exploring or bathing on the beach. This is a gated community and car parking, for one car, is directly outside the house.
