Elegant apartment with terrace in a historic building within walking distance of Palazzo Butera and Piazza Kalsa, in Palermo's historic center.
Located on the third floor without elevator of a historic building, the apartment spreads over several levels. The entrance opens onto a staircase that leads to the different rooms. The living area includes a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the two large terraces overlooking the rooftops of the historic center and the sea. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub complete with whirlpool function completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as wi-fi connection, air conditioning, and heating with heat pump.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
