About this property
Host & Stay | Blue Hues on Over Street
Summary:
Blue Hues on Over Street is a stunning Victorian townhouse situated on a quiet street in the heart of Brighton's North Laine area, just a short stroll from Brighton train station and the sea! With a sociable living & dining space that links to the kitchen, a downstairs 'snug' (can be used as a bedroom) & 3 bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 7 guests. Newly decorated, the house is bright, light & fresh. There's also a private terrace with a table and chairs, making it perfect for friends or family.
The Space:
Situated on a beautiful street in the centre of town, the location of this pretty Victorian townhouse is absolutely fantastic - everything on offer across the city can be reached on foot: stroll to the beach, shops, theatre, Brighton Pier, restaurants, the train station etc.
Set over 4 floors, there is plenty of room for guests to space themselves out!
Enter on the ground floor into the living / dining room with a comfy sofa, leather occasional chair and dining table that seats up to 8. This directly links to the fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, which also has a breakfast table that's perfect for 2. There is plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery so you can cook up a brunch or dinner for friends and family. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics. From here you can access the private courtyard with a table and chairs - perfect for grabbing a coffee in the sun or eating lunch with friends.
Head downstairs to the 'snug', or second living space. Here you'll find a small double sofa bed that's perfect for 1 guest, plus another small sofa so you can lounge around and watch TV, if you wish, or use this room as an extra guest bedroom; spare duvets, pillow and bed linen are provided.
Up on the first floor, you'll find the contemporary bathroom with bath, sink, WC and separate shower cubicle. Next to this is an additional WC. Plenty of guest toiletries are provided.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and wardrobe for all of your belongings. Head up the stairs to 2 further bedrooms - one has a king-size bed and the other has a small double. Plenty of fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The house is positioned on a quiet street in the North Laine area of Brighton, famous for its vibrant feel, independent shops and quirky cafes. It's a great place to stroll around, grab a coffee and observe Brighton life. From here you can walk to the beach within 10 minutes and you can easily access Brighton train station, too.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment for themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
