The Space:
Set in a peaceful residential area surrounded by charming Victorian homes, this beautifully decorated apartment offers the ideal retreat after a day exploring Brighton. It provides the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience; you can stroll to the city centre and the beach, then return to your private sanctuary to unwind and recharge.
The bedroom is a serene space featuring a king-size bed with a plush velvet headboard and fresh white linens, along with ample storage, a hair dryer, full-length mirror, and dressing table to cater to all your needs.
The cozy living room includes a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed, a Smart TV with excellent WiFi, and a dining table for shared meals. Step directly onto the sunny private terrace, furnished with built-in seating and cushions, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything required to prepare meals, from glassware and cookware to a microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking essentials are also provided to make your stay seamless.
The newly refurbished bathroom is stocked with towels and guest toiletries, ready for you to freshen up after a day out.
Outside, you’ll find a stylish private terrace designed as an outdoor living space, ideal for relaxing, dining al fresco, or simply soaking up the sun. It’s a sunlit oasis where you can enjoy your time to the fullest.
Guest Access:
You will have the whole flat to yourselves during your stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over.
There are strictly no parties or late night noise permitted.
Please note there are 9 steps to the front door plus 14 steps to first floor flat.
The Neighborhood:
If you want to come to Brighton to visit all our wonderful city has to offer or have yourself a quiet weekend away or both at the same time then you have chosen the right place to stay as you are still within a 20 min walk to the famous Laines full of antique finds and vintage ware.
The Round Hill estate is a residential conservation area with many period town house and flats dating back to the 1800s. This location has the added benefit of being near to great restaurants and many pubs.
The iconic Victorian independent Duke of York Cinema with the lively Joker pub at Preston circus is a brisk ten-minute walk from the apartment that leads to the vibrant London Road shopping area with its, bars, cafes and restaurants plus the indoor market selling organic food, plants and gifts. From London Road you can access the Brighton train station which will give you direct access to surrounding cities including London- under an hour away, Portsmouth, Hastings and many more.
Just 5 minutes away is the award-winning vegan pub eatery, “The roundhouse” serving a great vegan Sunday roast if you fancy a local offering!
Just 7 mins walk from the flat you will reach the large green space known as The Level, often host to regular events such as the lady Boys of Bangkok, the Brighton Fringe festival and Christmas markets.
From here a pleasant walk along its tree lined path takes you to the beautiful St Peters Church (our Brighton “cathedral”) Brighton Pavilion, the Theatre Royal and the Lanes with its fountains, open green spaces to sit and enjoy a coffee or tipple from the cafes and bars along the way.
You will soon arrive at Brighton Palace Pier and the beachfront with its art galleries and quirky independent shops.
After exploring the city, you may find your legs need a rest from the slight incline home so hop on one of Brighton's trendy bicycles scattered all over town. Deliveroo offers so much choice from our local restaurants you won’t run out of options if you decide on a cosy night in!
