This colorful and cosy ground-floor apartment on a quiet side street is the perfect home-from-home for families and friends looking to explore Brighton. Located close to free parking and surrounded by independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and green spaces, this spot offers easy access to all the city’s main attractions. A pleasant walk brings you to the city center, where you’ll find the beach, Palace Pier, i360, theatre, shops, and more, while a short stroll back offers a peaceful retreat from the buzz.

The welcoming living area has modern decor with a playful touch. A comfortable sofa doubles as a full-sized double sofa bed, perfect for up to two additional guests. You can kick back and relax with your favorite show or movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and ample preparation space. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided for your convenience.

Outside, the private rear garden offers an enclosed outdoor seating area with plenty of space to unwind, while a small front patio provides a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Both bedrooms feature neutral decor; the master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a dedicated desk/workspace, and fitted storage, while the second bedroom has a double bed and ample storage. Fresh white linens and towels are provided for each guest.

The fully tiled family bathroom off the hallway includes a contemporary suite with a shower over the bath, with guest toiletries available to help you settle in comfortably. The property is conveniently located less than a mile from Brighton train station and close to both the South Lanes, North Laine, and the seafront, making it a perfect base for your Brighton adventure.

Guest have access to the entire property during their stay. Access details willbe sent prior to your arrival.
Free parking Saturday and Sunday, parking restrictions Monday-Friday 11am - noon and 6pm - 7pm. Further free parking can be found at Tenantry Down Road, which is a 15 minute stroll from the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a lovely residential area of Brighton just outside the heart of the city with a short stroll to the centre. There are some lovely cafes such as Tilt, The Flour Pot bakery, Fiveways Deli, North Vilage. There are also some excellent pubs and bars in the area such as the Preston Park Tavern, Open House, Signalmen and Wine Bar 300.

Located in Elm Grove the property is close to Preston Park, which has a cafe, a playground and even a Velodrome and is a home to famous Preston Manor. It's the perfect spot for a morning jog, some outdoor yoga, or a cycle on a sunny day. Preston Park is also a host to Brighton Pride in August and many outdoor events during the Brighton Festival in May.

There are a number of green spaces and parks conveniently located nearby, Blakers Park, The Level & Hollingbury park are all nearby and are children and dog friendly aswell as Brighton Borough Cemetery and Bevendean recreational ground.

A short bus journey will take you through the North Laine area to the centre of town, with all of the amazing attractions that Brighton has to offer, all the way down to the beach.
