For trips towards Bowness, Kendal, or Newby Bridge, check out Bus Routes 6, 6X, and 599. And don’t forget Route 599, it’s an open-top service during the summer – perfect for soaking up those breath taking views!
Trains:
If you’re venturing further afield, Windermere train station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away (or 20 mins walk). With regular services to Oxenholme Lake District station, it conveniently links you with the West Coast mainline.
