Cozy apartment, the common areas are very nice, you will have a good time and you will be comfortable, at your leisure, you have everything: terrace where you can smoke, kitchen included, shower, washing machine, cleaning service, etc... right to television
Both my mother and I are sociable people, we like to do everything, we speak several languages, etc...
Neighborhood info: Very quiet, a 15-minute walk from bunkers el carmel, 5 minutes from maragall where there is everything, and bus 19 5 minutes away that leaves you in plaza catalunya in 40 minutes, v23 20 seconds from home leaves you in front of Barceloneta beach in 45 minutes, a food store 20 seconds from home and a larger one 5 minutes away on foot, you have a park next door (mountain), golf course football 20 minutes by foot, bar 20 seconds from Asa, pharmacy 20 seconds from home.
