The Space:
Iris Cottage is a beautifully presented house with a light and spacious feel throughout. There is a lovely vintage coastal theme which is perfect for a seaside stay in Weymouth. The house is a great place for families or groups of friends looking for that extra special getaway. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay in a home away from home at Iris Cottage!
Iris Cottage boasts two living areas. The open plan living and dining room is a wonderful spot to socialise and unwind. Featuring crisp white walls and light wood floors, it's a tranquil space. The wood burner and flat screen TV are ideal for curling up on the sofa for the ultimate cosy night in. At the rear of the space is the dining area which includes a large dining table, a matching bench and four stylish dining chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and benefits from an instant boiling hot water tap, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The second living area shares the kitchen space and boasts a large flat screen TV and comfy sofa.
The property boasts a large, enclosed private garden with a BBQ and outdoor seating area making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying warm summer days and evenings.
The property comfortably sleeps six guests. There are two bedrooms on the first floor - one king and one small double. On the first floor, you’ll also find a bathroom comprising a large walk-in shower.
Additional stairs lead to a light and airy loft bedroom which has a king-size bed and an ensuite with a shower.
Luxury hand-wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels are all available for guest use at Iris Cottage. A travel cot is also available on request and a high chair can be provided too.
