The property features a private pool where you can cool off during the warm summer days. It also has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The house also has air conditioning, a safe and WiFi connection, offering all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
