VILLA MARCELLA – SANT’AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI
Spacious and pretty villa with private pool, gorgeous sea views, lovely outdoor area to enjoy the sea breeze while soaking in the sun. The villa is just a short drive from many of the region’s most popular attractions and the magical towns and villages along the Amalfi Coast and just 2km from shops and restaurants.
There is parking space available in the property, however, due to a narrow driveway, big cars are not advisable. Entrance to the property is down a tarmacked drive which leads to a parking area with space for several cars.
The villa has been divided into two beautiful apartments, each one with its own private entrance from outside.
APARTMENT 1:
The ground floor is composed of a cosy living room, a dining room, a breakfast bar, a well equipped kitchen and double doors that lead to the terrace. The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom.
APARTMENT 2:
This apartment is only accessed through an outdoor staircase and there you will find a lovely living room, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a lovely terrace . The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with a queen size bed, a small terrace and an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a small terrace with hillside views, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom.
OUTSDIDE
The garden comprises a series of terraces intersected by staircases, with a lovely swimming pool (8.50x3.50m – depth 1.30m, opening dates: 01/04 to 31/10) set in prime position, surrounded by a sun deck and with views to the sea. There’s also a large outdoor dining space with a table for 12 people, a gas barbecue and nearby, an enclosed outdoor kitchen with a woodburning oven, sink, fridge-freezer and hob. There is parking space available in the property, however, due to a narrow driveway, big cars are not advisable.
