The spacious dining room/conservatory, with bi-fold doors that open up to the private walled garden, provides a lovely setting for meals together.

The beautiful courtyard garden is a lovely feature of the property, surrounded by brick walls and adorned with an impressive vine. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine, whether you're sipping a drink on the garden furniture or firing up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal. This charming outdoor space offers a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, making it an ideal setting for a memorable Isle of Wight holiday.

On the first floor, you’ll find two well-sized double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both offering plenty of storage space. The double bedroom also has a small en-suite shower room. The spacious family bathroom on this floor features a large walk-in shower and a luxurious double-ended bath for the ultimate relaxation. On the top floor, there are two more bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin room, ensuring ample space for family or friends.

The stairs corkscrews quite tightly.

There is no parking at the property, however, a council run car park is only a couple of minutes walk away.

The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including Wi-FI, utilities, bed linen and towels.
