The Hideaway - Shore House. Stunning period home in tranquil setting.
ake it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, along the River Foyle. Ideally situated on the Northwest Greenway. A great base to explore The Wild Atlantic Way and only a 20 minute drive from the historic Walled City of Derry. It is also situated at the start of The Causeway Costal Route, making it an ideal location to explore the Northwest regions beautiful beaches, walking trails, mountains, golf courses, fishing, cycling and water sports activities.
The space
Shore House is a period home and eco-glampsite set in a stunning coastal location overlooking Lough Foyle along the Inishowen Peninsula. The house date from c.1895s and has recently undergone a full renovation.
Firstly, walking into the porch there is a wc/utility room which then opens into the kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a living room which features a Stanley range cooker. Off the living room is a sunroom which is south-easterly facing and offers wonderful views across Lough Foyle. Accessed then off the living room is a sitting room with a sofa bed. Continuing upstairs there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
