History enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby towns of Chichester and Portsmouth, both steeped in maritime heritage. Explore the historic Portsmouth Dockyard, home to iconic ships like HMS Victory and the Mary Rose.

For nature lovers, there’s plenty to explore—birdwatching at Pagham Harbour, strolling through the beautiful West Dean Gardens, or hiking in the breathtaking South Downs National Park.

Enter the property and you'll find a well-equipped kitchen to your right, complete with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.

To the left of the entrance, there's a convenient downstairs toilet for added ease.

A washing machine is discreetly housed in a cupboard along the hallway.

The living room offers a cozy space to relax, with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV (please use your own logins). A foldable dining table provides flexibility for meals with family or friends. French doors open to a delightful garden seating area, ideal for enjoying a summer evening or sipping morning coffee.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, generous storage, and an en-suite shower room with an electric mirror. The second bedroom is a perfect choice for children, featuring a bunk bed, desk (with fast Wi-Fi), and plenty of storage. The family bathroom is well-appointed with a shower over the bath and an electric mirror.

The patio garden provides an ideal setting for enjoying the sun with a morning coffee in the or sundowner on the comfortable outdoor furniture.

Convenient allocated parking for one car is available in front of the garage, and there is free street parking for any additional cars. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels ready for your stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.

Upon arrival, a small welcome pack to get you started is provided which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-Op is just a short drive away.

We welcome one small pet in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

Guests have access to entire home and garden.
There is private parking for one car in front of the garage on the left. The area itself is perfect for walking around and is close to the beach. The nearest bus station is Middleton Close in the main village street, Bracklesham Lane. The nearest train station is Chichester from where there is frequent bus service to Bracklesham Bay,

There is space for 1 car to park at property. There is additional free street parking if needed.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
