The conservatory provides an additional space to relax, offering westerly views across the garden, valley and the mountains beyond. An ideal spot for morning coffee, reading a book or watching the sunset. On the first floor one a single room with ¾ double bed, a twin room and a double and a separate toilet. The cottage boasts an enclosed garden with a 2-meter fence, which makes it perfect for exercising your pets, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
Pant Glas Cottage is ideally located in Alltwen, offering a variety of long and short walks on your doorstep. Just a short drive away is The Brecon Beacons National Park (Bannau Brycheiniog) this stunning national park offers outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, and wildlife spotting. The park is home to some of Wales’s most iconic landscapes, including Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales and the internationally recognised Dan-yr-Ogof Caves. There are many parklands with dog-friendly walking trails examples being Craig-y-Nos, Dinefwr Park and the National Botanical Gardens of Wales.
There are easily accessible foot paths around Alltwen and in the Swansea Valley, offering scenic routes through woodlands and along rivers. The trails are perfect for all levels of walkers, and many are dog friendly.
