Marina Home Apartment*Rooftop pool
Our apartment is fully furnished and decorated with our personal taste, as we have been living here for some years.
You will enjoy the bright spacious living/dining room with the large TV (Apple TV incl.), AC and Wi-Fi internet.
The apartment has a fully integrated equipped modern kitchen. Both master bedroom and second bedroom have en suite bathrooms and large wardrobes. A set of fresh towels and bed sheets are supplied.
A lovely balcony with a high view will offer you some extra relaxation
The space
Apart from the apartment you can use our building facilities.
At the top floor of the tower, you can enjoy the residents' only facilities which include a sunny swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, sauna and a squash court.
If you have a vehicle you can use the designated underground parking.
Guest access
You will enjoy the full apartment for yourself with your private parking. Your access card will allow you to make the most of the gym, pool and jacuzzi.
Other things to note
Dubai law requires us to register all our guests on the DTCM ( Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing ) platform and upload their passport copies. Our DTCM permit is " DUB-LA -KZPRU".
