South View Cottage with Terrace and Coastal Views
The cottage is set in an elevated location off the Tywyn to Dolgellau road. It offers all the comforts of modern living and is well-equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home. It enjoys rural and coastal views, especially from the decked terrace. Barmouth and Tywyn with a fabulous selection of independent shops, pubs, and eateries are close by.

Entering from the rear access, through a small conservatory/boot room you enter the kitchen.

To the side is the dining room.
This fitted kitchen is finished in cream gloss with block wood look worktops. Tiled walls and flooring, boasting a great range of quality appliances including:

The terraced garden and decked area are a real WOW factor! There are steps up to the property and steps to the garden area and main terrace, so it's not suitable for guests with mobility issues and parents will need to supervise children at ALL times.
There are about 20/30 stone steps with a metal handrail to take you up to the big terrace with lovely garden furniture and a BBQ to chill out and enjoy the views and hopefully lots of sunshine.
