With up to 10 separate beds (plus one travel cot), this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.

The property has parking for one vehicle on our driveway & also on-street parking for one additional vehicle.

The Space:
This townhouse comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a modern fully-fitted kitchen, and a large lounge/dining room with dining area & comfortable sofas, The lounge has doors to a large garden with a small paved patio.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfortable Sofas (with one large sofabed) with a flatscreen HDTV, access to streaming and catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

→ Kitchen:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.

The house is located on a quiet housing estate, with the Etihad Stadium being just a 13 min walk, and the Co-op Live Arena a 20 min walk.

Getting Around:
Manchester City centre is just a 5 minute drive/taxi away, and major bus routes stop within a 5 minute walk of the house.

Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (a £6 non-refundable admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
