Downstairs is a large well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing dining area and separate sitting room with a warming gas-fired Woodburner.

Separate family bathroom
All bedding and towels provided and ample private parking

- Canoe or kayak along the River Wye
- Walk/hike on Hay Bluff (15 minute drive) or amble along the Wye Valley Walk
- Hay Castle, recently restored and offers tours and exhibitions, 5 min walk
- Bustling Thursday outdoor market in town centre, 2 min walk
