The airconditioned property enjoys a pretty terrace with outdoor dining facilities, ideal for al fresco mealtimes or enjoying a glass of wine whilst soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Nice.

Inside, the bright and airy living room enjoys access to the terrace and is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with; a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Location

Gambetta apartment is located close to the Carré d’Or district in the city of Nice on the Côte d\'Azur. The property is less than a 15-minute walk from several beaches including Neptune Plage, Plage du Forum and Sporting Plage.

For culture, visitors can head to Musée Matisse or the Marc Chagall National Museum (both a 10-minute drive) and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which is a 7-minute drive from the accommodation. Guests can also visit the popular Promenade des Anglaise, the iconic Place Masséna and Vieux Nice (the Old Town) which are all approximately a 20-minute walk away.

There are several restaurants within a 10-minute walk away and a supermarket less than a minute\'s walk. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market (a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk along Promenade des Anglaise) within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town.

The tramway is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. From here, visitors can reach Nice Côte d\'Azur Airport in less than 20 minutes (a 10-minute drive).
