The property is ideally situated in Nice Old Town within easy reach of the beach and the city’s cultural highlights. The closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk away and there is a supermarket within a minutes\' walk. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market (less than a 5-minute walk) which is popular for its fresh flowers, produce and local delicacies.

Both the Plage Ponchettes and Plage Publique de Castel are approximately a 5-minute walk, the popular Promenade des Anglaise a 10-minute walk and the iconic Place Masséna with its famous Sun Fountain, (between the Old Town (Vieux Nice) & Avenue Jean Médecin) approximately an 8-minute walk away.
