Please, note that for safety reasons, only the upper panels of the windows can be opened on the first and the second floor, except the window with access to the second floor terrace. It's just in front of the sea where you can swim whenever you want although the public beach (Platja des Port Vella) is only 400 metres away. In addition you will enjoy one of the cosiest coastal residential areas in the island, a small tourist spot near Son Servera. Also, the golf course of Son Servera is only 1.7 km away.
