Convenient spacious 3 bedroom home in Kenmare town
Number 9 Sunnyhill Grove is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house located just a 10 minute walk from Kenmare town centre. Ideal for couples, families and friends alike.
The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric fireplace, tv and cosy suite of furniture. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with ensuite facilities along with two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds). Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, and shower over bath.
There is parking in the driveway for two cars and the rear garden is fully enclosed with a side gate. The house is heated with electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
A security deposit of €200 in cash is required on arrival, this is refunded on departure provided there are no damages.
KENMARE
Kenmare is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and is known as the jewel in the Ring of Kerry. No wonder with its location between two of the most beautiful touring routes in Europe - the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. These make for very enjoyable day trips from Kenmare.
Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town of Ireland and the town offers a huge selection of places of historical interest to visit. Even strolling around the town is itself a pleasure with Kenmare having received awards from Entente Floral and the award for the Tidiest Town in Ireland in the year 2000. Kenmare was recently awarded the accolade of Ireland's best kept town on the whole island of Ireland and deservedly so!
Killarney is a 40 minute drive and Cork City is just over an hour's drive.
