This home offers all the comforts of modern living and is well-equipped with everything you would expect in a quality holiday home. The kitchen/diner is a particularly well-designed family space. The house enjoys views of the beach and the Llyn Peninsular from the upper floor. Barmouth Bridge, the sandy beach, and The Mawddach Estuary are on the doorstep, as well as Barmouth's fabulous selection of independent shops, pubs, and eateries.
KITCHEN / DINER:
Off the porch & hallway, (useful coat & boot storage area) is this lovely, full-fitted kitchen with a real wood floor. The units are finished in white woodgrain with marble look worktops and breakfast bar. Boasting a great range of quality appliances including:
Double electric oven/grill/ and ceramic hub
Integrated microwave
Drainer 1.5 bowl sink with mixer taps
American Fridge & Freezer
Nespresso Melozio coffee machine
22" wall-mounted TV/DVD
Period dining table with 6 chairs
Travel cot & highchair stored in the hallway.
OUTSIDE:
To the rear is a separate utility room with a sink, washing machine, and separate drier.
The back garden has great views of the mountains and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a family barbecue or to top up your tan. The back garden has a decked area with table and chairs to fit 6 people. Bikes, wetsuits, and boards can be stored in the garage.
SITTING ROOM:
The carpeted sitting room has 2 X 2-seater sofas, a period rocking chair, and a leather armchair. The focal point is a Victorian Cast Iron fire to enjoy on the winter evenings. It is equipped with a 32" SMART TV/DVD's can be found within the upper doors of the old dresser which has been in the family for generations. Patio doors that open onto the decking and rear garden

All bedrooms are carpeted, and tastefully presented with period furniture, hotel-quality mattresses, and Egyptian cotton bedding.
