The Space:
The open-plan lounge features a comfy sofa, smart TV, and board games for entertainment. The patio doors open to stunning river views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, and fridge freezer, with a dining table that seats all four guests for relaxed meals.

Kingsmere offers two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two singles that can be converted into a king-size on request. Both rooms have wall-mounted TVs, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration by the riverside.

The modern family bathroom includes a shower cubicle, toilet, and basin.

The Broads are ideal for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding, offering serene waterways surrounded by scenic countryside. You can hire boats directly from Ferry Marina or take guided river trips to explore the surrounding area.

If you are looking to explore the local area a little more, Wroxham, just a few miles from Horning, is often called the "Capital of the Broads." It's the main hub for hiring day boats and river cruisers and offers a wide range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and cafés. Roys of Wroxham, known as the largest village store in the world, is a popular shopping destination for visitors.
