The Space:
Thoughtful renovations and exquisite interior design create a home that exceeds expectations. Upon entering, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bright lounge, located at the rear of the property, includes a comfy sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a large coffee table for family board games. Enjoy views of the tennis court through the double doors that lead out to the patio area.

The kitchen centers around a stunning island, providing ample countertop space along with a large sink and draining board. Fully equipped with various appliances, utensils, and glassware, it's a chef's paradise. The adjacent dining area features a large wooden table with seating for six. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the utility room.
