Great apartment with challenging location

The apartment was spacious and modern with very new appliances. It was comfortable and nice inside. The internet was decent after some initial problems. Hot water was limited in the mornings but plenty at night. The biggest issue for us was the noise from construction of the adjacent properies during the day and the noise from local dogs barking at night. The construction and dusty roads made it less desirable to sit outside to eat or relax.

Disappointing Stay

The property looked great upon arrival, but the stay was disappointing. The property manager was a bit much before our trip and distant once we were there.Issues we encountered:•Ceiling fan in the main area was broken and our request for assistance was delayed. The standing fan they provided barely helped.•No curtains for privacy on the large balcony and bedroom windows.•Dusty floors •. Inconsistent water pressure/temperature.•The beds were uncomfortable, and we were bitten by mosquitoes and possibly bed bugs in the bedroom with the balcony.•The plunge pool was full of sand since divers used it to clean their equipment.•The walkways were constantly wet, making it easy to slip.•Non-stop barking dogs from neighboring homes barking loudly every night made sleeping so difficult.•Nearby construction caused loud noises throughout the day.The location was convenient, close to town and marts, but the overall experience was lacking. I would return to Bonaire but not to this property or book with this management company again.

Nice place

Good location, neighbors left dogs out all night & they bark. Pool rather small but no chlorine!! Parking included but perhaps markings r needed as 1 occupant couldnt figure it out leaving room for only 3. Suggested cleaning people' please leave salt, pepper & such. A french press or drip coffee maker would b appreciated so could use our coffee vs having to go buy Nesspresso pods. vcoffeeonly 3

Nice stay

The place was nice and pretty convenient! The ocean is a sliver in the horizon, but still gives great sunsets. We had a great time in Bonaire and it was a great place to return after long days of diving!

Perfect for us

We have stayed here multiple times. Love working with Martin and Nicole. Love the. Hato neighborhood. Love the modern apartment. Love the pool. Love the dive rinse tanks and storage locker. The only thing some people might not like is that it is located on a dirt road and can be dusty during a prolonged dry spells and has a few waterholes after a substantial rain. We don’t mind sweeping up dust and believe the benefits of this apartment outweigh that small inconvenience. Other location pluses are both Dive Friends Cliff dive site location, Sand Dollar location and Bari Reef are less than 1 mile away. Also Zhun Kong Supermarket is about two blocks away. For dining Paninos, Exito, Doner Station, Dragon City, Rum Runners, Breezes and Bites. Spice Beach Club and Eddie’s are all very close by.

Heerlijk verblijf in comfortabel appartement

Prima appartement; schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanwezigheid van Netflix was een aangename verrassing. Het zwembad heeft een mooie afmeting en diepte, heerlijk om af te spoelen na een dag snorkelen of duiken. Omgevingsgeluiden van dieren ( honden, vogels en hanen) tijdens donkere uren was luid met openstaande shutters. Prima locatie met zee, duikschool (hamlet oasis) en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Een auto is een pre om het eiland te verkennen.
