The ground floor includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table, and breakfast bar. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a dining table, lounge area, barbeque, bar with a fridge, and cocktail accessories. The salt-colored mosaic pool has a built-in water sitting bench and a state-of-the-art Bluetooth sound system.
Surrounded by plants, the villa provides ample shade for summer relaxation.
The villa is conveniently located near beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, pubs, bars, and restaurants. It’s also well-connected by bus to Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Paralimni. The Kapparis area is vibrant year-round, supported by local residents and featuring modernized main roads with pedestrian-friendly walkways.
