Warm welcome to this beautiful and central apartment with everything you can wish for. You can walk everywhere and reach the main touristic attractions easily, you will enjoy calming view from your high above windows. You have a spot on setting with a comfortable living room connected to a great kitchen, separate bedroom little further away, nice spacious bathroom in the middle with a separate toilet. Apartment is full of light and provides a great inspiration on your Helsinki stay.
1. NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES.
Please respect the building's silent hours between 21:00 - 09:00. This is to respect our neighbours.
In case neighbors complain (with proof) of these strict house rules, we'll have to charge you a fine of 300€ + 50€/guest + all expenses like extra cleanings and damages. Noise reduction policy is only for avoiding parties, music, etc disturbing noises in houses - not for normal family life with children.
We report any drug-related misconduct to the authorities.
2. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the apartment. Smoking is also forbidden in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance.
3. PLEASE LEAVE OUTSIDE SHOES ALWAYS AT THE ENTRANCE. This way we can keep the apartment carpets tip top condition for our fellow guests. This is also to respect the Finnish tradition.
4. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE KIDS JUMP ON THE SOFAS OR ON BEDS - to avoid breaking.
5. PLEASE DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. Do not put any other material neither in the toilet.
