This beautiful villa is situated in a lovely area of Protaras close to the St Elias church. It offers a large plot, with a well established garden, orchard, private swimming pool and has two pergola outdoor areas for you to unwind and keep cool. Inside the villa are 4 good size bedrooms, an open plan living room and dining room and 2.5 bathrooms. The villa has wifi, a book selection, cytavision tv and beautiful views of the church at night. You will love staying here and being so close to town

Melina villa is located close to Protaras and walking in to town is only a 7 minute walk (550m) which brings you to Spynx Bar. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has great views of St Elias Church at night and sea views. At the bottom of the hill is a KFC, shops and mini golf (170m / 3 minute walk) and if you go a little further theres no shortage of places to eat, play and relax.

Everything in the Villa is available for use. There is one cupboard locked for personal / housekeeping.

THE BEDROOMS: The villa has 4 bedrooms, one bedroom is situated downstairs which offers a double bed, dressing table, full length mirror and its own patio area to the front of the villa which has beautiful views of the church at night. The other three bedrooms are upstairs - two rooms with single beds and one room with a double bed. The two single rooms have access to a covered balcony overlooking the garden / pool area and the master bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. All the rooms have sheets for the beds, pillows and towels for guests as well as blinds, wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. There is also a hairdryer for your use.

DOWNSTAIRS: Downstairs there is an open plan living room and dining area with two sets of patio doors leading out to the pool. There is a corner sofa with TV, (wifi and cytavision channels) and a selection of books. The kitchen has everything you will need, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a shoe cupboard and downstairs guest toilet.

OUTSIDE: the pool is a great size and has lots of sunshine throughout the day. There are two pergola areas for shade so you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast or read a book in the shade and there are lots of sunbeds to choose from. There is also an umbrella and BBQ available.

Protaras is right near by and a local convenience store is less then 200m away.
Car hire is definitely optional for this spot!
