Summary:
Seal View is a highly rated holiday let in Whitby. Once part of the town’s historic shipyard, the welcoming two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people and has fantastic views over the town’s marina, rooftops and River Esk. The superb location puts you within a short stroll of Whitby’s shops, cafes and pubs. Peaceful and homely, Seal View has a private parking space included (a real bonus in Whitby!) and a convenient layout across one level.
The Space:
Seal View is a third-floor apartment with access via lift or stairs. Once inside, the accommodation is entirely on one level.
Enjoy fantastic views of the river and harbour from the living room, where ample seating includes two comfy sofas - one of which opens into a single bed. If you would like to make use of the single sofa bed, please let us know prior to your arrival. Shelves house a TV, a sound system, and some books about the local area making it the perfect spot to unwind.
Extending from the living room is the kitchen. Compact and fully equipped, it includes a dishwasher, modern appliances, cooking utensils, and crockery for five people.
The master bedroom faces the water and features a king-size bed, a desk/dresser and storage space. Imagine opening the blinds to see seals swimming from your bedroom window!
The second bedroom is a spacious twin room featuring two single beds, a desk that doubles as a dresser, and a large wardrobe for ample clothes storage.
The large family bathroom has a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, a Bluetooth LED mirror with shaver point, a WC and wash basin.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment.
The keys to Seal View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
One allocated parking space is available in the undercroft. Additional visitor parking spaces are also available; however, these operate on a first come, first served basis.
