This cosy house is located in the quiet area of Mas Pallí, 5 minutes from the centre of Playa de Aro. The house is distributed on one floor and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms with capacity for 6 people, ideal for a family.

Casa Margarita gives you the authentic feeling of a holiday on the Costa Brava.

The living room is bright with sofas, dining table and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge.

The dining room gives access to a large terrace that connects to the swimming pool.

In the garden we find the swimming pool, together with the garden area of the terrace there are also sun loungers to relax on. Next to the garden there is a barbecue area with an outside toilet.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them in the garden.

Bedroom 1: Suite, 1 double bed (135x180cm).

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190cm) and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (135x180cm).

The entrance of the house has a garage, together with another outdoor parking space.

We can access the garden from the entrance of the house.

In the garage, we find the laundry room, which has a washing machine and dryer.

The whole house has air conditioning.

Property facing the motorway, possible noise to take into account.

Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.

The price includes: final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Reservations are for a minimum of 7 nights.

Stays of more than 10 days include a change of bed linen and towels.
