Sicily august 2023

Andrea was very nice and helpful, the pool was lovely as was the scenery I would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore south east Sicily! Would definitely stay again.

The property was well maintained and we had everything we needed. It was peaceful which was what we wanted. Andrea looked after us very well and I would very much recommend this gorgeous villa.

Excellent stay at a wonderful, well equipped and very clean villa

We had a great stay here, and communication with Andrea was first class. He was very welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information to help with our stay. The photos of the villa don't really do it justice. The inside of the property is much nicer than the photos portray. It is very clean, very well decorated and works very well. The pool is wonderful as are the extensive views of the hills and countryside down to the sea. It's a 30 minute drive to reach great beaches which wasn't a problem for us, but we did find that the local towns / restaurants were not particularly exciting. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Beautiful view from the pool

Overall a lovely property. The pool is fantastic and great to come back to in the hot afternoons. There is a lovely outside area too where we spent most of our time. We moved the table to catch the evening breeze down the side of the house. Communication was easy and the owner came to meet us to drive to the property which was a bit out of the way. The only problem we had was the electrics tripping. I think there may have been a problem with the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The owner did call an electrian out and that helped. And the air conditioning unit seemed to work better after that too.

Villa avec piscine agréable et privée

Séjour de 10 jours en famille (5 personnes). Les points positifs : Piscine extra grande (6*12m) - à usage privatif, vue magnifique sur Syracuse - Accueil et disponibilité d'Andrea - Literie correcte - Epicerie de base à disposition. Les points négatifs : Impossible de faire tourner les clim des 3 chambres en même temps sous peine de faire sauter les plombs - Evacuation WC étroite obligeant les locataires à ne RIEN jeter dans la cuvette.

Magnifique vacance passer dans cette villa, une piscine de très grande taille qui est juste magnifique ! Un endroit très calme de quoi pouvoir bien en profiter ! Andrea a était une personne très gentil et disponibles pour régler tout vos problème rapidement, encore merci pour ça !

Villa gracia

La villa est exceptionnelle, un super accueil d’Andrea qui est au petit soin pendant tout le séjour. Les 4 petits chats ont apporté un peu d’animation dans la villa, ils étaient adorables. Syracuse, Noto, Messine sont des villes à voir absolument ! De très bons resto lorsqu’ils sont bien ciblés. 8 jours merveilleux. L’accueil des commerçants est top, le marché de Syracuse vaut vraiment le détour. Dommage que certains Siciliens ne respectent pas leur île, certains secteurs sont sales, avec des ordures en grandes quantités le long des routes, des chiens et chats errants à profusion….. il est grand temps d’agir car les touristes qui font vivre l’île vont changer de destination

Tolles Anwesen und sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits an einem Hang mit tollem Blick bis zum Meer. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool grandios. Wir waren als Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern dort. Ausreichend Platz, Sitzgelegenheiten und Poolliegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld der Reise könnte nicht besser sein und während des Aufenthalts kümmert er sich um jedes Anliegen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

This place was an awesome find, you will defiantly need a car but the trade off is fantastic views, loads of space and an amazing tranquil location. After the views the pool is the real highlight easily being the biggest of any private pool in any of the houses/ villas I have stayed in. Andrea was a great host, not that we needed anything the house came with everything you could want. would defiantly stay again.

Belle villa bonne situation

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour la villa est dans un endroit calme à 15 minutes de syracuse nous avons apprécié la superbe piscine et le beau jardin vous pouvez manger et prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur sans problème grâce à la grande terrasse couverte . Villa gracia est la villa idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis . Andrea est très accessible et donne de bons conseils . Nous y retournerons certainement une autre fois .
