There are a variety of top restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away. Belfast City hospital, Queen's University and Belfast Botanical Gardens can also be found close-by. The nearby Adelaide Train Station offers transport links within the city and further afield.

The property is well-equipped with it's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, with a kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle and comfortable lounge downstairs. Guests can make use of the TV and free WIFI is also offered.

Upstairs we have two bathrooms, both equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The three bedrooms, two double beds and one trundle bed, allows six guests to sleep comfortably here, the ideal property for a family group or a larger group or friends. There's even a private back yard area with a small table and two chairs.
