This lovely 2 bedroom duplex apartment benefits from a pool view and is a great apartment for a family holiday. The apartment has a double room, a single room and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and the balcony overlooks the pool area. There are 2 bathrooms that both have showers. A perfect getaway apartment for a family. The apartment is equipped with WIFI.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
The apartment is on the complex of Castle Harbour which is extremely popular as it is a well kept, friendly complex suited to couples and families. The complex has a heated outdoor pool and onsite pool bar/restaurant, 24 hour reception is also available. It is situated away from the main tourist area of Los Cristianos but with lots of local bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes away
Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
