Appartement mit aller notwendiger Ausstattung und sehr schöner Dachterasse

Gute Lage (nur 10min Fußweg zum Hafen), zweigeteilte Wohnung (unteres Stockwerk lediglich zweites Schlafzimmer plus separates Bad, obere Wohnung Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile, Wohnbereich, Bad und Zugang zur Terasse), Gasherd mit allen wichtigen Kochutensilien, wunderschöne Dachterasse mit Tisch und zwei Liegen, Möglichkeit eines überdachten Pavillons, recht nahe Durchfahrtsstraße nicht wirklich laut, Sicht auf die gesamte Bucht von Lipari, Schlafzimmer mit Fensterläden gut zu verdunkeln, lediglich etwas härteres Bett ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!!

Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse

Es war eine schnuckelige Unterkunft, die alles hatte, was man braucht. V.a. Der Garten und die Dachterrasse waren super. Außerdem kommt man von da schnell zu Fuß ins Städtchen. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie hat es super gepasst.

Maison agréable.

Séjour agréable dans une maison décorée avec goût. L'extérieur est particulièrement sympathique. Seul problème la chambre du bas chaude et bruyante qui mériterait l'air conditionné.

Traumhaftes Apartment auf einer wunderschönen Insel

Lipari ist der perfekte Ort um sich an den Stränden zu entspannen und aufregende Ausflüge zu den Vulkaninseln zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen- etwas abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt, aber mit einem Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen, der wie aus dem Bilderbuch ist. Dass man jeweils einen kleinen Fußmarsch machen muss, wenn man zum Supermarkt oder an den Hafen will, hat uns nicht gestört. Für den schnellen Einkauf beim Bäcker stehen auch zwei Fahrräder vor der Tür, die man kostenlos benutzen kann. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Vom Gemälde über dem Bett bis hin zu den tollen Fliesen in der Küche - es passt einfach alles zusammen. Besonders genossen haben wir, abends draußen auf dem schattigen Plätzchen zu Abend zu essen und bis/ nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit von der Terrasse aus das Meer zu betrachten. Bei Fragen kann man jederzeit jemanden telefonisch erreichen und dank Handy-Übersetzer klappt auch die Verständigung. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen:)

Terrace with a view

The house was perfect for us, a couple traveling with our adult daughter. On street level there's a small separate apartment, on next floor a nice bedroom with a kitchen and a living area. All is tidy and decorated with a good eye. There's also a tiny garden to dine in and a great big roof terrace with nice views. The house is conveniently located within walking distance from town and not too far from the nearby Canneto beach. Recommended.
