Fal View, a duplex apartment over the first and second floor, consists of a kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, a living/dining room with dining seating for four, Smart TV with Netflix, and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, double basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Guests can find the closest shop and pub within 0.3 miles, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Fal View is your idyllic coastal escape with your loved ones. Please note: Friday changeover only

For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course.
