For additional entertainment, a ping pong table and a badminton net are provided. The property also features a covered parking space and two outdoor parking spaces, ensuring convenience for guests. The finca is located just 1.5 km from Binissalem, a village renowned for its Mallorcan wine production, and surrounded by several wine cellars. The village offers supermarkets, restaurants, and a petrol station for convenience. Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is a 20-25 minute drive away, where visitors can explore historical landmarks like La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle, and the charming old town. The northern beaches, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, are approximately 30 km away, offering shallow waters and fine sand.
