The property features two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning and large closets for ample storage. The spacious living-dining room is comfortable and well-equipped with satellite TV, a stove, and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Guests can also enjoy the outdoors, with a private fenced swimming pool, sunbeds, and a parasol on the terrace, making it an ideal spot to soak up the Mediterranean sun. The finca is located in the picturesque village of Búger, characterized by narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for leisurely exploration. The village is home to architectural gems, such as the parish church of San Pedro. A short drive from the property, you’ll find Sa Pobla, which offers supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations. The north coast, with its beautiful beaches like Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort, is just 15-20 minutes away by car. Guests can also enjoy exploring the Tramuntana mountains, with hiking and cycling opportunities, as well as nearby villages like Caimari, Valldemossa, and the monastery of Lluc.
