Spittal Farm is a wonderful, mid-terrace cottage resting in a rural part of Wigton. Benefitting from its own enclosed garden, along with communal grounds, this charming holiday let is ideal for families. Located 18 miles from Penrith, Wigton is a good base for the attractions of the Northern Lake District National Park, Carlisle, Keswick, and the natural beauty of the West Cumbrian Coast.
The Space:
Enter into the well-equipped kitchen diner which offers seating for six people. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Sit back and relax in the sitting room which features exposed wooden beams and a traditional sandstone fireplace with a wood burning stove. You can also make the most of the TV with Freeview, plus a selection of books, games and DVDs.
The next floor presents three beautiful bedrooms, each decorated to a lovely standard. There are two double bedrooms, along with one single room. Bed linen and towels are included.
In the bathroom you’ll find a bathtub with overhead shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Enjoy the warm weather outside on the patio area, or the enclosed rear garden.

The keys to Spittal Farm are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
Off-road parking is available for two vehicles. There is a visitor bay opposite that can fit additional vehicles in, subject to availability.
