This modern Villa provides accommodation throughout the year. A view over to the lake is our favorite. Enjoy the jacuzzi/whirlpool, another hot tub, 2 saunas, 2 SUP-boards, a boat, a canoe, BBQ grill, fire place, 100 Mb/s wifi, smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, toys for kids, a baby's cot, feeding chair for toddlers, and much more.

The house is perfectly suitable for families, friend gatherings, or for businesses wanting to provide their customers or employees with an unforgettable Finnish experience.

Three bedrooms for 10 people (with sleeping couches for up to 4 people more) = a total capacity to accommodate 14 people in total. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, convection oven, two fridges, and one freezer. The house is heated with an ecological geothermal heating system, heat is distributed evenly and pleasantly via floor heating. For the hot summer nights, we have air conditioning to keep the house pleasant and cool.

If you would like to try a traditional firewood oven, we also have a soapstone oven and a fireplace.

A grandiose jacuzzi is outside. We have two saunas (inside the house and another one just by the shore directly next to the lake). In the Summer you can swim, try stand-up paddling or canoeing. In the winter you can try ice swimming, snowshoeing, or jumping in the deep snow.

Lake Saimaa, the biggest lake in Finland, invites travelers, holiday visitors, and local people to experience and enjoy the beautiful sceneries and peace it offers. Located just next to the city (10-15 min by car) the Villa offers an easy getaway to experience relaxation and peace.

As an extra tip: We have founded a nature protection program close to the Villa. As we want to strengthen the principles of sustainable development and preservation of diverse nature and environment, we can take you to this protected forest (rocky hill nature).
